These terms apply when you book Spring Sprinkler Repair for lawn sprinkler repair in Spring, Texas.

The work

We repair and install lawn sprinkler systems as written on the quote. We are not a plumber or a landscaper. House plumbing leaks and landscape planting are other trades.

Quotes

A visit produces a written scope: what failed, what we will replace, putting the grass back, and what we will not touch. Unmarked private lines in the yard can change the job. We stop and call.

Digging

Public utility lines are marked before we open the lawn. If a marked line sits in the way, we change the plan. That delay is not a breach.

Workmanship

Workmanship covers the parts we installed as written on the quote. We do not promise Spring-area clay will stop shifting or that a mower will miss a head.

Payment

Due as stated on the invoice. HOA or city restoration extras that were in the quote are not surprises.
